VEMRO · YOUR RECLAIMED WORKSHOP

Terms of Use

User agreement · Last updated: October 13, 2026.

These terms govern your use of Vemro, a tool for documenting reclaimed drawers, managing parts, planning layouts, and keeping build records. The service provider is the developer identified on Vemro’s App Store product page, not Apple.

1. Eligibility and agreement

Read these terms and the Privacy Policy before using Vemro. By choosing to use the service, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. This agreement is not consent to optional camera, microphone, tracking, or other data processing; permissions and any legally required consent are handled separately.

You must meet the app’s App Store age rating and local eligibility requirements. Vemro is not intended for children under 13. If you are a minor, use the service and workshop tools only with the consent and supervision required by local law. You must have permission to use the materials and content you add.

2. What the current app provides

Vemro provides project capture, manual dimensions, reusable-parts inventory, local rule-based layout generation, build notes and media, completion records, and a community interface. Layout calculations run on your device, not through a remote AI planning service.

Projects and the current community, follow, report, block, and messaging records are stored locally. Built-in community examples are illustrative. Current publish and send actions do not establish delivery to a remote community or recipient. Vemro is not a cloud backup service; do not rely on it as your only record of important work. Connected account, configuration, and purchase-verification operations require an available network and service.

3. Workshop safety and planning limits

Vemro does not control your tools, inspect your workshop, or replace professional training. Nothing in these terms removes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Coins and App Store purchases

The first generated plan set for each project is free. Additional sets currently cost 12 coins, as displayed before generation. Coins are deducted only after successful plan generation in the current app. Review the app’s displayed cost before confirming any future purchase or paid action.

Coin packs are optional consumable purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system. The App Store displays the applicable localized product, coin amount, price, and purchase confirmation. These are not auto-renewing subscriptions. Coins have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and purchased coins do not expire.

Apple verifies purchases and handles payment. Vemro may send transaction information to its service for additional verification and reconciliation. A cancelled or unverified purchase must not be treated as delivered. For a pending payment or missing coins, do not repeatedly repurchase the same pack to solve the issue; check the transaction status and contact support with the transaction reference.

Consumables are not restored through Apple’s standard Restore Purchases process. The current app keeps the displayed coin balance locally and does not provide a general cross-device balance-restoration feature. Uninstalling the app, replacing the device, or deleting account data may remove that local balance. Contact support before deleting data if you have unresolved purchases or an unused paid balance; recovery requires transaction reconciliation and cannot be assumed from the local app alone.

Refund requests for App Store transactions are handled through Apple’s applicable refund process. These terms do not limit statutory refund rights. There are no external purchase links in these pages.

5. Community standards and your content

You retain ownership of your original content. You grant only the limited permission needed to store and display content for the app feature you intentionally use. No license to sell your private workshop photos or train third-party AI models is granted by these terms. You must have rights to submitted images, text, and recordings, and permission from identifiable people where required.

Do not submit illegal content, pornography, sexual exploitation, threats, harassment, hate or discriminatory abuse, personal information without consent, scams, spam, copyright infringement, or instructions encouraging reckless workshop activity. Do not impersonate others, bypass security, manipulate purchases, or misuse the service.

The community interface includes report and block actions. In the current version these choices are saved on this device; blocking filters the relevant local community content and removes the local conversation entry. A local report is not a confirmed report to a human moderation team. To request review of an urgent safety, abuse, or infringement issue, contact the developer using the support route below. Do not rely on the app for emergency assistance.

If remote community publishing or messaging becomes available, the operator must provide filtering, server-enforced blocking, a reporting channel, and timely moderation before enabling it. The operator may restrict or remove unlawful or abusive content and limit abusive accounts subject to applicable law. These terms do not claim that such server moderation is implemented in the current local interface.

6. Account and data deletion

You may sign out in My Studio. Signing out does not erase local project data. To request account deletion, choose My Studio → Delete account and local data and confirm. After the service accepts the request, the app removes its current workshop data, media, profile, local interactions, and local coin balance. A failed request leaves local data intact for retry.

Review the Privacy Policy for residual Keychain identifiers, caches, pending purchase records, and legally required retention. Account-deletion acceptance is not an independent confirmation of completed server erasure. Save needed records and resolve purchase issues before deleting; applicable legal rights remain unaffected.

7. License, availability, and responsibility

The app is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app software is subject to Apple’s applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless a valid custom license is supplied in App Store Connect. These service terms supplement that license and do not replace mandatory Apple license provisions.

Use Vemro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the applicable license. The developer is responsible for the app and its support; Apple is not a party to these service terms and does not endorse Vemro’s workshop suggestions.

We aim to provide a useful service but cannot promise uninterrupted connectivity or error-free suggestions. To the extent allowed by law, results are supplied as guidance rather than a guarantee. No term excludes liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, personal injury where exclusion is prohibited, or any mandatory warranty or consumer protection. You remain responsible for checking inputs and for safe tool use.

8. Changes and applicable law

We may update the app and these terms to reflect feature, safety, or legal changes. Material changes will receive appropriate notice; required consent must be obtained separately. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued statutory rights or permit the expiration of purchased coins. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply to the extent allowed by law.

Applicable mandatory laws and consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. These terms do not impose a foreign exclusive court, mandatory arbitration, or a waiver of non-waivable rights.

9. Support and notices

For account, privacy, purchase-delivery, safety, or content issues, contact the developer through App Support on Vemro’s App Store product page. The operator is the developer identified there. Include the app version and relevant transaction or content reference, but do not send passwords or full payment-card information. The operator must publish verified direct contact information before public distribution.
